General Specs: Our standard pits are built from carbon steel sheets to minimize metal flaking due to rust, and 304 SS lids to upgrade the quality, durability, and appearance of the pit while eliminating the necessity for a counter weight. The pull out cooking grates, SS front table, drain valve, SS damper, and log lighter system are all standard and no extra charge will be added for this items.

The current average life expectancy of our smokers is 20 years.

Every smoker comes with a life time firebox burn through warranty, plus a one year parts and labor warranty.

Our model # is a reference to barrel size. Ex: US2436 = 24" x 36" cooking barrel. The letter refer to the positioning of the firebox and the presence of an Upright smoker. U = Offset Firebox, US = Offset firebox and Upright Smoker, C = Centered Firebox.

Between models, sizes, Extensions, And side steak grill options, we have more than 40 different smoker models. We try our best to keep the most popular models in stock. If the model you want its not in stock building time is approximately 4 weeks.
